Open the top doors first, work from the outside in and once you get to the lower tier, that is when you open the bottom doors.
How high can you stack packages on top of the stow cart?
3 packages high.

Do you engage the breaks on the go-carts before unloading?
Yes, you engage the breaks before unloading to stabilize the load to mitigate the packages from shifting and potentially falling on an associate.
