do not rush them and do not walk in their way and try to assist them in walking if you can

Tawakul is having faith in Allah and doing something to solve your problems.
Tawaakul is when you are lazy but excuse is as having faith in Allah

Show empathy and compassion when someone is going through hardship and do not judge them.
