Some contacts on the attendee list said they aren’t coming, did you pad the list?

No. Becker's takes registration lists very seriously and keeps them as up to date as possible. Many attendees register at no cost months in advance, which is where some attrition naturally comes from. We'd ask that you share the specific contacts who said they aren't coming so we can investigate and adjust our retention efforts.

Why do vendors and companies keep coming back to sponsor Becker's events year after year? What are they really getting out of it?

- Face-to-face access to the most senior healthcare decision-makers in the country all in one room

- The access we provide turns into real relationships, real deals, and real growth

- The kind of ROI that keeps them coming back year after year

500

Our team puts enormous effort into who’s on stage and in the audience. Why does the quality of our speakers and attendees matter so much to the overall health of the business?

- Great speakers attract great attendees

- Great attendees attract top-tier clients and sponsors

- Top clients mean more revenue, stronger partnerships, and real deals happening in the room

- Strengthens our relationships with providers and clients

500

Why do we run an entire ecosystem of co-located events rather than just hosting one large standalone conference?

  • One trip, multiple audiences: Sponsors and attendees can engage across several niche communities at once, maximizing their investment
  • It lets us serve the whole healthcare industry under one roof, deepening our reach and relevance across every area
  • More events means more relationships, more revenue, and a stronger community

Every question in this category reflects a real interaction with a sponsor or attendee on-site. Why is how we handle the big and small moments so important to Becker's as a brand?

  • Every interaction is someone's impression of Becker's. How we handle the small moments is what defines our reputation as a world-class event
  • Our sponsors and attendees are top leaders in their industry with high expectations. How we treat them determines whether they come back
  • Word travels fast in a tight-knit industry. A great experience turns into a referral, a bad one turns into a reason not to renew
500

This is our biggest week of the year. Why does every team member's effort and execution matter beyond just keeping things running smoothly?

  • This is our Super Bowl. Every interaction, every moment, every detail is an opportunity to show our best
  • "Not my job" doesn't exist this week. We are all one team representing one brand in front of our most important clients and partners
  • The impressions we make on the leaders and sponsors in that room last all year. How we show up this week directly influences renewals, referrals, and relationships
