What is an I Curl?
Walk curl, then trot curl.
What is a Comb?
Al riders cut across arena on go.
What is a Dodge?
Curl over in direction called, then curl over in opposite direction.
What is a Wave?
Odds will curl in direction called, evens will curl in opposite direction. ("Wave" can be used as a term to indicate odds and evens move in opposite direction)
What is a Fate?
Curl in the direction called, then curl in the opposite direction.
What is a Bee Curl?
Trot curl, into canter curl. Transition one step before you complete your trot curl.
What is a Curl Comb?
A curl immediately into a comb.
What is a Buckle?
Curl over on 1st go, then curl over in same direction on 2nd go.
What is a Twist?
Odds will fate in direction called, evens fate in the opposite direction.
What is a Destiny?
Curl twice in the direction called, then once in the opposite direction.
What is a Keyhole?
3/4 of a curl that results in a comb.
What is a Couple?
Odds comb on go, evens follow behind odds. (Results in partner groups)
Curl in direction called, then keyhole in same direction. (resulting in a comb going in the opposite direction)
What is a Thread?
Odds will curl on 1st go, evens will curl on 2nd go.
What is a Back Curl?
From a halt, curl in reverse, then halt again.
What is a Coil?
A keyhole, but halt once you're straight.
What is a Ladder?
Curl comb in direction called on 1st go, then curl comb in opposite direction on 2nd go. (remerges line)
What is a Bristle?
Comb on 1st go, then curl over away from lead on 2nd go. Cut towards lead at the wall.
What is a Feather?
While in mid, odds will comb direction called and evens will comb in the opposite direction.
What is a Strike?
Canter curl in direction called then rear when your front hooves meet your original axis.
What is a Delayed Curl?
A transition curl spaced apart. (Riders should maintain gait after transitioning till the next go)
What is a Switch?
In a waterfall, on 1st go everyone will comb through gaps, on 2nd go everyone will cut back towards their leader.
What is a Retreat Curl?
Curl, then curl over in same direction.
BONUS: What is a Slant?
On go, riders slant in direction said (left or right), aligning with the slate lines on the ground. (you will apear side by side with the rider infront of you)
