- Youth needs to be Mod/High Risk
- Substance abuse evaluation recommending IOP
What qualifies a juvenile for Mental Health Court?
- Youth needs to be Mod/High Risk
- Must have a mental health diagnosis that appears to be the driving force behind delinquent behavior.
- Needs a screening done by Wasatch Behavioral.

What is the process if a hearing is set with the home Judge, but probation would like the juvenile set with Judge Smith for BHC?
Probation will need to file an R&R with the home Judge and upon signature of the home Judge granting that request then the order should be sent to 4thjuvsmith@utcourts.gov for scheduling.
