“Mental health” is a concept similar to “physical health”: it refers to a state of well-being. Mental health includes our emotions, feelings of connection to others, our thoughts and feelings, and being able to manage life’s highs and lows.
What is Self Care? How can you partake in self care?
Self-Care will look different for everyone, but Self Care is doing specific things that will better your mental health. This could be: Journaling, going for a walk, talking to someone, painting, getting offline, meditating, deep breathing exercises, and so on!

Bell Let's Talk is an annual campaign that aims to break the stigma and spread awareness of mental health.
You can participate by spreading kind words, checking on your friends and family, OR if you have a phone texting someone with the hashtag #BellLet'sTalk
