This person is the primary contact for youth and families. They complete any health and safeties or court reports, referrals, and issues vouchers for the youth residing in our facility.
Who is a caseworker?
Security places these on resident's rooms when they leave the premises and the room is searched.
What are door locks?
The alternative to overtime. (Used first when scheduling vacation)
What is Comp Time?
These are filled every time they are at 1/2 a tank or less.
What is a state vehicle?
The three items that are to be on your person at all times during your shift.
What is our phone, radio, and ID badge?
This person speaks for the child in court and helps protect their rights.
Who is an attorney?
Security will sweep all rooms to make sure all staff and residents are clear of the home and will secure the emergency binder and supplies. After these tasks are performed they will verify that the emergency services have been notified.
What is the Fire Procedure?
The practice of entering the exact start and end time you worked.
What is Positive Time Reporting?
This is placed on all leftovers.

The protocol that requires 2 staff to be present when any number of youth are upstairs.
What is Floor Coverage?
This volunteer may be present in court and at meetings to advocate for our youth's needs and desires.
Who is a CASA worker?
Checked once a month.
