What if I don't want to make changes?
Review your information. Plans may change, premiums may increase, and Flex Spending Accounts must be re-initiated every year.

Do I have to be enrolled in Quest medical insurance to use Spring Health?
No, it is open to all employees.

Why should I participate?
It is free and provides great health insights. Did I mention it is free? And you get reduced costs of your medical insurance for your participation.
What is FSA?
Flex Spending Account - Ability to put pre-taxed monies into an account to pay for medical bills.
Are my answers anonymous?
Yes, Your answers are combined with others (minimum of 8 respondants). No names are attached to seurvey results.
What is FinFit?
A free program for employees to help guide you with your finances
Can I send points to someone for going above and beyond?
Absolutely! As long as they are a Quest employee and enrolled in the program.
Can my spouse or domestic partner also participate in BFW?
Yes, they must be listed in your file self-service file. If they need to be added, open a ticket with HR.
Can I make changes to my benefit selections outside of open enrollment?
No, unless you experience a qualifying life event.
Is participation mandatory?
No, but highly recommended! We want to hear from you. Your feedback helps shape the future.
What are voluntary benefits?
Quest Benefits Plus - Legal plan options, auto/home/renters insurance discounts, pet insurance, as well as discounts on travel, entertainment, products and services
Do my recognition points expire?
The points you have to give away, yes. The points you receive, no.

Now through November 2nd
What if I have questions on open enrollment?
HR Portal will have lots of great resources, including information for your geographic area, FAQs, contacts, etc, plus Alex, who can help guide you through.
When is the next survey?
In October. More details when they are available, but we will dedicate serveral huddles so you have an opportunity to participate.
What is Total Rewards?
Available in self-service, it is a snapshot of your total compensation, savings and retirement contributions, benefits paid on your behalf by the company, etc.
How do I send a birthday card to a co worker?
You can create one in RecognitionQuest, under celebrations.
