My baby was born on 1/31/2021 and I took my first 6 weeks. Under the lookback my eligibility letter states I'm not eligible for FMLA but eligible for PPTO why is that?

Since its outside the 12 months since birth of child then your remaining time won't count against your FMLA but it is covered under your 14 weeks of baby bonding time

Your orders was not covered on title 10 or 32 so not eligible for defferential.

Approve the FMLA policy for the STD policy approve from start date to 5/30/2022 and pend from 5/31/2022 thru to 6/14/2022. Resend eligibility letter do not send status update.

We enter MTF in PeopleSoft and process as non-fmla eligible in AS.

Mother in law is not covered under FMLA. So the time spent caring for her won't count against your FMLA but it will count against your 3 weeks of caregiver time
