When can I use the Chromebooks?
You can use the Chromebooks for homework or if staff have a program that uses the Chromebooks.
Can you get snack early?
No, everyone will have snack at the same time
How should you wear your mask?
Your mask should cover both your nose and your mouth.
Can you touch another members toys or possessions?
All member materials and possessions should only be used by that member. Even with permission, members should not touch other members possessions.
What if I finish my homework early?
You should choose one of the other options to work on until the end of homework.
What should you do if staff ask you to put the Chromebook away?
Put the Chromebook away without complaining.
The water fountain is covered, where should you get water?
When are you allowed to take your mask off?
You can take your mask off when you are eating.
How often should you wash your hands?
Staff will send members to wash their hands once every hour
What websites can I use on the Chromebooks during homework?
You can use STRIDE Academy or you can use a staff approved reading website
What settings can you change on the Chromebooks?
No settings should be changed on the Chromebooks. If you need a setting changed talk to a staff member.
What are your options if you don't like snack?
You can either have a piece of fruit or wait for dinner
What should you do with your mask while eating?
You should put your mask next to you. When you finish eating you should put your mask back on.
Can you go to other rooms in the Boys and Girls Club?
You need to stay in your assigned room unless staff gives you permission to leave the room.
What are Power Points? What can you do with them?
Power Points are points that you earn by completing homework activities.
You can use Power Points to play extra games on the Chromebooks and Tablets. You can also use Power Points to buy fun things from Homework Store.
Where can you set the Chromebooks?
Chromebooks should always be on a table or a desk.
Put your tray in the bin
Clean your dinner space (floor and desk)
What happens if you forget your mask?
Tell staff that you forgot your mask, they can get you one to wear for the rest of the day.
What are the rules for using the bathrooms?
Only one member is allowed in each bathroom at a time.
Staff need to dismiss members to use the bathroom.
What happens if you don't participate in one of the homework options?
You will have to sit out of programming and work on homework until you have completed the required time.
What happens if you don't follow the Chromebook Expectations?
You will get a warning, if you still don't follow Chromebook expectations you will lose access to Chromebooks.

What do you do if your mask breaks?
Ask staff to help fix your mask, if it cannot be fixed staff can get you a new mask.
