Fight w/ serious injury, threat (terroristic/harmful), consistent disrespect (e.g. multiple fights or prior warnings) or similar offenses.
What are reasons to be suspended for 1 month?

Fire, Community Issue/Lock-down, Weapon in Club, Fight, Gas Leak, Power Outage, Severe Storm
What are emergencies that Clubs need to create internal codes for?

This must be scanned everyday upon entry to the club and carried with them at all times while in the Club
What is a Membership Card?

This is valid for 1 day only and is given to kids who come new to the Club without a signed membership form.
What is a guest pass?

Required for parents or guardians and individual volunteers to gain entrance into the main Club areas on a regular basis.
What is a background check?

Fighting w/ little harm, stealing (small), damage to Club property or similar offenses
What are reasons to be suspended for 2 days?

Form completed by witnesses to an incident or by staff members handling an emergency - needs to be given to the VP of Ops within 24 hours.

What are reasons to be suspened for the rest of the day?

During severe weather when the St. Paul or Mpls Public Schools have cancelled school or after-school activities.

This includes giving a member a list of the Club rules, programs and a tour of the Club.

This is/should be posted in every BGCTC Gymnasium.

Fight w/ serious injury resulting in a hospital visit, consistent issues and/or disrespect or similar offenses.......and.........bringing a weapon into the Club, major fight, bringing drugs into the Club.
What are reasons to be suspended for 3 months.....and........reasons to be suspended for 6 months to 1 year.
