Recently we had an update to Wave that caused issues for radios 4 & 6.

Clear CACHE/browsing history -> Remove the Motorola Extension in Chrome -> Unistall the Motorola App Plugin on your workstation -> Restart computer -> Relog into radios and redownload the Motorola App Extension & Plugin.
