What is a BI Shift Note?
Required 8 hour training for every new hire. Scheduled by the FC. The new hire is encouraged to interact with the client and BI.
What is the shadow shift?
The minimum required number of neurostimulation activities that the BI implements during a shift.
What is three (3)?
It is completed by the BI every 90 days, reviewed by the FC and documents client's progress on goals.
What is the BI Quarterly Summary?
The document is updated every time a BI has completed a training to ensure compensation. It also ensures all annual and agency required trainings are completed.
What is the BI Master Tracking Spreadsheet?
A place to store items for BI's to check out and use during a shift to assist in the implementation of activities
What is the Neurostimulation Resource Center (NRC)?
This is done by the BIC prior to supportive supervisions to ensure shift notes are compliant.
