Being put on trial for the same crime twice
Joe was upset with his neighbor Bob for posting political signs in his front lawn. So Joe chose to burn them to show his hatred for the political party.
Joe was trying to use his 1st amendment right to show symbolic speech, however, Bob's rights were violated because that was his public property.

A middle eastern man was charged with the brutal murder of 5 people in the state of Ohio. The people were upset at his actions, so the prosecuting attorney wanted a tough jury and found 2 members who were still upset by 9-11's actions and may of been biased towards someone of the middle east decent.
The murderer's 6th amendment rights were violated because he has the right to an impartial jury.
