What is the First amendment?
This right is protected under the second amendment and allows citizens to own and carry fire arms.

This blocks officers of the law from entering your property and searching around for evidence of a crime.

This 1972 Supreme Court case layed down the use of the death penalty finding it not cruel or unusual when applied carefully under the right conditions.
