Send the purchase request to payoff@tesla.com and CC your Supervisor using the following template:

The payoff team will typically reply within 1-2 weeks. The reply will contain all the figures that you need in order to create the FinOps Inquiry in the next step.
The customer must be pass the 5 year mark and outside of the eligibility timeline in order to qualify for a early purchase request

What payment method can ECS add to the account.
Can ECS can add a checking or savings account.
ECS cannot add a debit or credit card, customer must be transferred to billing and or add their card information on the tesla website.
ECS is able to process payments with payment methods that are already on file.
Who prepares the FMV appraisal?
The appraisal is done by a third party independent appraiser. Ensure that you do not name any company as a “source” for recommendations or any Tesla affiliation with a particular company when customers need/want to financially appraise their solar system.
