staff will use 2-person standing escort (CPI) to move client in the direction of safety. Duration of hold/escort will be maintained until client is returned to a safe location (i.e. her bedroom/inside). Once client is returned to a safe location discontinue the hold (unless other R1 behavior is present) and nurture recovery at first signs of tension reduction.
