Shabir made wudhu then put his socks on. Then he and his friends wanted to play but his socks will make him slip too much so he took them off. When they got tired, they all too a break to have a snack and use the bathroom. When they finished playing, Shabir put his socks back on. Then the athan for dhuhr came. How should Shabir make wudhu to prepare for Salah?
He can't wipe over his socks. He has to take them off. And make wudhu fully.
