Why can you not use the "Business Tax Expert Hybrid" & "Business Tax Associate Hybrid" reqs for interviewing?

There are not HireVues attached to them. Instead, use the Hybrid Talent Pool reqs for sending out HireVues.

Does the HireVue review team change the req post HV based on results, or does the recruiter?

The recruiter does if the candidate passes both sections of the hybrid HV, based upon hiring decision/feedback & conversation with candidate on if they want to do Business versus Individual. Utilize the drop down box at the bottom of the interview tab (becomes available once the interview has been assessed) to switch reqs.

If a candidate only passes Business OR Individual, they will be moved there by the HV team

Chandler does not have his EA, but he's working on it. He has experience in individual & business tax, and decides to move forward with the hybrid interview. He does well on both portions of the interview and is offered a Business Tax role, but he decides he would rather do Individual. Is that ok?

Yes! It's up to the candidate's discretion & what they want to do, if they passed both sections of the HireVue.

If Chandler only passed 1 section of the HireVue, he would only be able to accept that role.

Finish asking the phone screen questions - at bottom of phone screen tab, dropdown box to switch req to either Tax Associate or Tax Expert (individual roles) - complete phone screen & it will switch them to the appropriate req for the interview

She goes on a regular req, we do not have "Hybrid Talent Pool" bilingual reqs.

Phoebe will initially be sent her Hybrid HV & if she passes it, then she will complete the bilingual portion after.

The bilingual portion is sent separately, she will get a separate email & link to complete it.

True/False: A business tax ONLY candidate stays on the same req for the HireVue and the offer.

True! It is a hiring req with the HireVue attached to it, like your regular TA/TE req. No need to switch reqs, because it is not a pipeline req.
