What are elements of a safe Hospital Detail? (transport, detail, ect.)

D-1 shall be secured to stretcher.

Officer must ride in ambulance and another officer follow.

OUC must be notified of location and status.

Officers remain with D-1 at hospital until relieved by other officers or Department of Corrections.
