No. We are unable to quote a policy with a future dated cancel date.

Connect the agency with BLRC Nonaudit Underwriting. Underwriting will reconnect with BLRC Service once they are ready to quote the underlying policies for a new business CLUP quote.
If the agency requests to quote removing the aux structure on the policy that RG provides, what can we do?

Confirm an updated ERC was completed within the last 12 months & submitted. If not, one is required for the quote request. This does not apply to changes only for Aux structures.
NOTE: Coverage amount must be 100% of the Replacement Cost or Actual Cash Value respectively.
If a Coverage Summary is needed on a policy with a future dated status segment, what can we do?
Enter a Delayed coverage summary request for the day after the status segment, advise the agency that the coverage summary should be available two days after the status segment due to overnight processing.
If the agency requests a Waiver of Subrogation Quote, what can we do?
Determine if the Waiver of Subrogation is available in that state (Auditable tab-> General information link->Waiver of Our Right to Recover from Others Information link). If available, have the agency fill out the Waiver of Subrogation Questionnaire. Attach Questionnaire to OSC case with contract/payroll amount & effective date - then Reassign the case to RG for manually rating.
