He and his colleagues went to a bar to celebrate a new account. He had “a beer” at the bar and went outside. They found him slumped over on the sidewalk. Upon examination, you find no track marks/needle marks on his skin, he arouses to sternum rub, his pupils are constricted, and his heart rate is normal.
