It goes through the cornea lens. Then it goes through the pupil. Next it goes through to the retina. Finally it is sent to the brain.

Because it took some time for our brain to receive the information from our eye.

Why can nocturnal animals see better than humans at night?
They have bigger pupils than humans and they also have reflective material in the back of their eyes.
Why do I automatically pull my hand away from a stove when I accidentally touch it?
Because the nerves are sending a message to my brain and my brain tells my hand to move away.
How does our fingers move?
The muscle flexes the tendon, the tendon pulls on the bone, and then the bone moves.
What part of the eye changes size based on how much light there is?
The pupil.
I have a magnifying glass, some paper, a flashlight, and a circle. How can I put these things together to make a model of an eye?
You put the flashlight out first for the light, then put the magnifying lens next, next put the circle, and finally the piece of paper.
Would it be good if we didn't have any nerves?
No, because then we wouldn't feel if we got hurt or injured.
Would we be able move with just our bones?
No, we need the muscles and tendons to work together to help move our bones.
What part of the eye receives the light and then sends the information to the brain?
The retina.
What are the two main reasons a person will be blind?
There is something wrong with the cornea lens or there is something wrong with the retina.
If I hear a cat purr and I want to pet it, what are the sense that my body goes through.
The sound hits the my hear, then my brain processes it, next my brain makes a decision to pet the cat, then my brain sends a message to my legs to move towards the cat, and finally I pet the cat.
