How do you add a texting template to Weave Texting?
Open a text as if you are about to respond or send a message. Then click on the four lines located next to the images button on the bottom. Once you click there there will be a prompt to " create new template".

We have 7 days total to get these patients on the schedule and seen. 14 days for TCM's but we only get partial credit after the first 7 days.

You can go to Today's Patients and it will give you a description of their status ex. Discharged, Removed, Cancelled.
How can you send the patient the Provider's notes on their labs through the portal?
You open the note and where you would write to respond you change the note form internal to *patient note. Once that is done you can copy and paste the provider's note and send it through the patient portal.
What is an Advantage plan?
