- Open and review the invoices

- Review Product on subscription page, if product rate plan is correct, review the manage parker and make sure there is one there to be billed with the correct rate plan

- if all is correct, then proceed to review the rate plan itself and make sure the rate is setup properly. 

- Send to AR for help but we are better than them.
