What happens with Club when there's a power failure and water failure?
Power: contact electric company, find out length of outage, Admin decides on closure
Water: Club closes
What are some indicators of child abuse?
Physical: unexplained bruises, burns, welts, easily frightened, afraid to go home
Sexual: bed-wetting, chronic constipation, lack of eye contact
Emotional: delayed physically, ulcers, development lags, problems w/ relationships

1. tell supervisor immediately
2. see doctor immediately if requires medical attention; tell doc it's an injury on the job for proper billing
3. complete "Report of Injury Form" & submit to HR and accounting
Where is the emergency shut-off for gas?
Outside on the left of the front entrance. Youth & staff would be evacuated, gas company is called for further assistance
