What would a body paragraph look like for and opinion essay on Why kids should eat healthier food?

First, I think kids should eat healthier food, so they have the energy to focus. Kids have a lot to focus on through out the day. They have to focus on getting their school work done, playing on the playground, and how to better get along with others. In order to focus they have energy. The foods that give the best energy are healthy foods. An apple would give me fiber and vitamins, whereas a bag of Lays would only give me carbs and bad fat. That would definitely not give me energy. Sweet and Salty food would make me feel like a sleepy couch potato. I would not be able to focus on the important things like school, and friends with all I was focused on was sugar and salt.
