It separates sub topic by subtopic (i.e. Writing, Grammar, Reading) so you can easily place papers in to stay organized. When locating later, it will be easy to find!

No it's not "safe" because you're adding on. A teacher's job is to help a student know or better understand right from wrong. Your additional comment is emotionally not safe and it's not respectful either.

If you're close to finishing a project and your teacher asks you to stop, what's the best thing to do?
Answers will vary, but along the lines of:
Be flexible - flexibility is part of having solid executive functioning skills. You could ask your teacher if it would be possible to finish quickly, if you think it might only take another minute or two. You could use self-talk to remind yourself it will get finished and plan to finish during I&E. There are lots of ways to be flexible, but refusing to listen or continuing working without asking permission to do so is unexpected.
