What are the cold pour rules for iced drinks?

Flavor: 1,1,1

Shots: 2,4,6

Fill with cold milk

Double Torture Cold Pours: add 2 additional shots to medium and large size drinks (4, 6, 8). 

911 Cold Pours: all sizes get 6 shots, except the large, which gets 8 (!) shots. They get 2 scoops of flavor, just like when they're hot or iced. When ordered zero sugar added, they follow sugar free rules and only get one scoop in each size.
