What is: mandatory attendance at a guest lecture, exhibition, musical performance. Consult dept. chair ahead of time, and alert Vicky/Lisa to cancellation in OnBrooks.
The use of the Assignment Center is expected of these teachers.
What is: all traditional third and forth form non-AP courses. Others encouraged!

What is: never during a class, but I can bring the Perfecto's to my students! Otherwise, if you esign out with an advisee if that student is free.

What is: 1 pm on Wednesday and Saturday, 4 pm otherwise.

What is: in consultation with dept chair, seek permission from colleagues and fill out an off-campus excursion form.
No major tests or papers can be administered unless the teacher has done these things.
What is: handed back previous tests and paper so that students may benefit from feedback. They also should be scheduled out a week ahead of time, and no student should have more than two tests on one day. Use the extended blocks for tests!
Cumulative averages will be visible to students and advisors in OnBrooks beginning with this date.
What is: after the first full three weeks of a semester. September 30th and February 17th this year.

What is: redo an assignment or test for up to a failing grade of 59%; serve a suspension in house.
The difference between modifications and accommodations.
What is: accommodations are outlined by a learning profile (extra time, separate setting, computer and calculator use). Modifications are to help a student pass an assessment they otherwise could not- SEE MOIRA before doing this!
