Yes August 1, 2023 rule changed to endorsements. You can now do an endorsement if it is one of the following rules:
Primary Email Address, Secondary Email Address, Home Phone, Mobile Phone, Work Phone, Primary Phone, Fax, Mailing Address (only when the dwelling use is not Primary), Type 1-6 Mortgagee updates to mortgagee (Dwelling screen, under Additional Interests)

What is the age limit on a roof for Citizens?
There is not one. Remaining Useful Life: Risks that do not meet the roof replacement eligibility requirements may be eligible for coverage by submitting acceptable documentation verifying the roof has remaining useful life. The eligible minimum will be updated from three years remaining useful life to five years remaining useful life on roofs that exceed the maximum age.

No but......Under Risk Rating 2.0: Equity in Action, an EC will no longer be required to purchase coverage. Instead, FEMA will use its tools and resources to determine the first-floor height of a building as one of the factors used when calculating rates. However, a property owner may choose to provide an EC and submit it to their agent to determine if it will lower their insurance costs. ECs will continue to be used for floodplain management building requirements, which can affect eligibility for Community Rating System discounts.

NO- Rule Change. Effective as of May 31, 2023, Citizens has revised Rule 400-B-Coverage C Options to allow personal property to be excluded at any time (including midterm), which will provide policyholders greater flexibility with coverage choices.
