If you must leave campus during your planning or lunch, what must you do?
If you leave campus FOR ANY REASON, you must go to Belinda’s desk and sign out in the binder at her desk. We should not have FOR ANY REASON, staff members leaving campus without knowing where they are and when they expect to return.

Each professional faculty member has one leave early (no earlier than 2pm) or arrive late (no later than 9am) pass per semester. What steps must you take to use this pass?
This must be planned for in advance, and you must secure your own coverage internally, including duties. All staff members will be required to fill out a leave early/arrive late form prior to the requested date and return it to Pam Teague at least 24 hours prior to the requested date. Once Pam receives administrative approval, a copy will be put in your mailbox. This copy should be turned back into Pam when you are leaving the campus.
