When do you have to log into Caltime?
Caltime has a 7 minute grace period, therefore you must log in 7 minutes before or after your scheduled time.

What can I get a warning for?
Excessive absences, failure to input reading log data, time sheet corrections, use of cellphone while with children, missing of mentor meetings, tardiness without warning

What if I forgot to clock in or out or have a mistake?
On each Friday of a Caltime deadline, input your corrections on the google doc (Caltime Errors), so that the directors can revise the mistakes. These are due every other Friday!!

Does Bahia have a dress code?
Dress appropriately. Try to wear BUILD or BAHIA t-shirts, Cal gear, and your name tag all times to distinguish yourself from others.
