You are chosen team captain for dodgeball in gym class. You choose the students who are either fast or throw hard first. You and the other captain have the same method. But when it comes to the slower players, the other captain throws a fit because she doesn't want to lose, and doesn’t want any of those players... What could be done to try to calm her down?
Tell her it's just a game, tell them everyone has different strengths too, or anything else to incourage her that it will be fine. It's nice to win, but it's okay to lose.

social Bullying
Your sister keeps seeing negative posts about her on Facebook. In what ways could she or yourself stop this?
Telling your parents, Get your parents to talk to the posters parents (if you know them), and the teacher or principal (if they go to your school). If it’s really bad, contact the police or kids help phone.
In science, you and you're partner are doing an experiment. The teacher tells you to mix a certain mixture. Since you friend has problems with reading, she mixes the wrong mixture. Everyone starts to laugh at her. What's the best way to solve this problem?
You could tell the class that it's not funny-it was a simple mistake and we all make mistakes, you could ask the teacher to kindly ask the class to stop, or you could start over your assignment
What kind of person bullies?
Someone who makes bad choices and wants to hurt others. Often they are victims of bullying themselves and think that bullying others will make them feel ´bigger’.
Some random person in class decides to come up and slap you while you are working. What form of bullying would be demonstrated?
Physical Bullying
You are sitting in class when the teacher askes for someone strong to take a heavy package to the office. You raise your hand but the teacher calls on some one else. When you ask her why, she tells you that you are a little over weight and not strong enough. What should you do?
Tell the principle right away.
In the school yard, you see a younger student being teased by one of your best friends... what do you do?

Who can be an ally?
Anyone who witnesses or hears about bullying can be an ally by standing up to the bully and supporting the victim.

If it only happens once, then no it is not... some times other people can play with your friends and might not include you... However, if they constantly exclude you and keep you from spending time with your friend it could be social bullying... talk to both of them and tell them how you are feeling.
