What is self-awareness?
The ability to be aware of ourselves (our emotions, thoughts, behaviors, values, goals, strengths, challenges, attitudes, and our actions) and how these things impact our behaviors and choices.
What is the difference between listening and hearing?
Hearing is something we do with our ears while listening is something we do with our ears and brains.
Listening means we are really thinking about what the other person is saying, which means you have to pay attention and show them that you are interested in what they have to say.
