NAY - No, once a wire is cancelled the funds are returned on best effort basis. Make sure to be clear with clients :)

YAY - while the que "technically" closes at 11 EST, our overnight advisors are able to assist with business calls. Business Advisor (business lending) does close daily and closed on sundays.
Will Business Banking do OLB troubleshooting support?
NO - (in most cases) Business Banking cannot trouble shoot (technical issues) if its product or transactional related, potentially but tech concerns should be handles at first point of contact or SDA

NAY - this procedure was deleted several months ago. Contact officers and OFFICERS listed on Business Authorities tab are NOT the same thing. Officers on Business Authorities = Secretary, Treasurer, VP, President etc.
