Protects from unreasonable search and seizure.

Ensures that citizen civil cases can be heard and decided upon by a jury of their peers. A lawsuit must be more then $20.

The factor that affects why laws are different from state to state.
What is culture?
Pre-trial restrictions that are imposed on a suspect to ensure that they will not hamper the judicial process. Usually monetary.
