What can you do to help yourself stay calm and focused during your test?
1) Eat a Jolly Rancher or mint to help your brain stay ready.
2) Make sure you got lots of sleep and ate a good breakfast.
3) Stretch silently in your seat.
4) Repeat positive comments to yourself silently ("I can DO this!" or "I've worked really hard, now I can SHOW WHAT I KNOW!")
5) Find your teacher in the room and smile. They know how hard you've worked this year and are really proud of you.
