What are the steps when someone has told you their access card is not working or lost their card?
1. Physically check the card yourself on a scanner to make sure they are doing it correctly
2. Get a new card from the backup range.
3. Call Manager/Lead on Duty to call VORAD
3. Make a desk log with the last 4 digits of the old card and the new card.
If lost let them know about the $50 charge. Make sure you let VORAD know that card is lost also.
