What is the Bill of Rights?
The powers assumed by congress that come from the necessary and proper clause.
What are Implied powers?
This party wants a large government, higher taxes, individual rights, gay rights, gun control, and pro-choice.
What are Democrats?
A system in which the branches of government have powers that affect and control the other parts so that no part can become too powerful.
What are Checks and Balances?
A set of values and beliefs about the purpose and scope of the government held by groups and individuals.

Establishes that people are created equal, America is separate from Britain, and states the principles of the US government.

This is given based on applications for those who would like to participate. This can be given to states, local governments, or non-government agencies.

These people are nationalistic, moralistic, traditionalist, and have a huge military emphasis.

Slaves would count as 3/5ths of a person in determining state populations for senator/representative counts.
What is the 3/5 Compromise?
These are continuous surveys that enable a campaign to chart its daily rise or fall in support. This is more relevant closer to the election date.
What are tracking polls?
This document argued that the establishment of representative democracy is effective rejected direct democracy and factionalism.
States must recognize civil judgments rendered by courts in different states and accept their records and acts as valid. This however is not valid with criminal decisions.

These are powers not written down or stated in the Constitution. The powers are typically given to the state's government.

These are interviews or surveys from samples of citizens used to give their feelings and beliefs of the entire population.
