All lost & found goes to Martin in housekeeping, does not stay at front desk.

All rooms EXCEPT deluxe & courtyard double queens.
What is the GOV rate & who qualifies for it?
Must be active GOV employee with 2 forms of GOV ID and GOV ID number. Only available on select dates.
What differs between houseman 1 & houseman 2?
Huseman 1 = room calls. Houseman 2 = common/public areas.
What do you do if an alarm or smoke detector goes off in hotel?
Notify manager ASAP. Send kik to maintenance with a picture of the panel behind front desk.
Do we have adjoining rooms?
Yes, all adjoined rooms consist of 1 king room & 1 double queen room.
What is the standard rate we should offer guest when they're inquiring?
Rise by Elevation or Best Available Rate.
Where are the stairs located in the hotel?
Both sides of hotel by guest rooms. Stairs only go from 2nd-6th floor.
What is the difference between the courtyard, deluxe and slopside king rooms?
Courtyard = no view. Deluxe = partial mountain view. Slopeside = guaranteed mountain view.
Can a guest change their rate type at check-in?
No.
How do you proceed when a guest wants to pay cash?
Give change using the cash drawer at front desk. Choose cash instead of existing token. Deposit remaining in loomis machine.
What is the layout / is included in the Presidential Suite?
Washer, dryer, full kitchen, full living room, 2 separated king rooms with full baths, queen size sofa bed.
What rate types are OTA Prepaid tax exempt?
Hotwire, Expedia and Getaroom.
