When do we schedule a SCH (school) issue ?
Issue Creation ONLY IF ER Pro shows claimant is a school employee and we see that the claimant has certified or is requesting benefits during a recess, vacation, sabbatical, or holiday period (i.e. Spring, Summer, Thanksgiving, Winter, etc.)
In some cases, the ER Pro or TPA response just contains the claimant's last 4 digits of SSN, first initial of their name and last name – how would this case be processed?
