These plants produce a fruit, often called a "cherry," containing seeds (the coffee beans). The beans are then extracted from the cherry, processed, and roasted, ultimately becoming the coffee we recognize.

A certified fair-trade organic classic is synonymous with fruit-forward flavors of dark chocolate, almonds, and berry-like fruit. This medium roast coffee is dark enough to stand up to milk, but not so dark as to hide the inherent flavor qualities of the blend’s component coffees. It's origin is from Ethiopia and Sumatra.
