What is Code 4?
Your count team finishes count for the day, and the supervisors confirms that the vault is balanced. You have closed all the count rooms and saved all the reports on SDS, but there is still one last action that must be done to finish the day. Once you confirm this action the SDS system will no longer allow balancing of the data.
What is signing off the rooms?
The team lead has made a mistake when entering tables into CMP, they entered the currency values for TRE1 on THE1. The count team can call this person to fix this issue.

What is add asset?
The 9-pocket has made an error and counted a $5 bill as a $20 bill. This mistake wasn’t noticed until after this box was processed on the Jet Touch. The count team takes note of the box number, and after the cart is completed, the denominations can be adjusted on SDS. This option on SDS can be used on the count room summary screen to change the currency values for the box number.

This patron is clearly intoxicated and begins to physically threaten the regular patron. The cage supervisor is away doing VRT fills. Security is called to manage the situation. You/cage supervisor are required to fill out this type of form detailing the events of the incident.
