A sign that Christ is the Light of the World, also used as a sign of respect and prayer when placed at the altars of Mary and the saints.

Someone who makes a profession of faith for the child being baptized and promises to assist in the spiritual development of the child.

The prayer or action that the priest tells us to do to show that we are really sorry.
What is a penance?
The third person of the Trinity.

We must do this one hour before we receive Holy Communion.

God's GREATEST sign of love for us.

The vows we make when we renounce sin and Satan.
What are the Baptismal Promises?
God forgives our sins through the priest when the priests extends his hands over us and prays this prayer of forgiveness.
What is absolution?
We profess our faith in the Trinity when we recite this at Mass.
What is the Nicene Creed?
When the priest holds up the host and says, "The Body of Christ", you respond by saying this.
What is "Amen"?
An effective sign that comes from Jesus and gives us grace.
