They can lock the flash exposure settings and is also used for zooming out.

It is the main screen. The Focusing screen is for letting you take photos easier because it helps you focus. The AF point activation indicator is a part of the frame where the camera is able to focus on something. FuLL shows you if there is a card full warning. Card shows you if there is a card error warning and the other card tells you that there is no card warning.
What is the Focal Plane mark for?
It is the point from which distance is measured for various focus calculations.
What is the Contact and Mirror for in the camera?
The Mirror is to reflect light onto the camera's image sensor for capturing images. The Contact is the transmit data and it signals things between the lens and the camera.

Image recording quality is like jpeg, HEIF, etc. The manual focus is what helps you focus the camera. The battery level indicator shows you the percentage that is left.
