Approach Kristina with the desired amount of attendees and how many foods/food types you want at the event. Specify if the event is a bigger sit down event or more like a finger food/Devil's Den event.

Describe how you get the p-card. Also what do you do with those receipts??

Fill out p-card form (not the gray areas yet).

Get the form signed by an SA/LD staff member, aka Matt or Maria.

Bring form to Charmagne, fill out the sign out binder and obtain the card.

Save the original receipt (make sure NO tax was charged) and give the original and a copy to Charmagne. Save another copy for Kristina to attach to your budget request form.

1. -Gather all materials you will need: supplies purchased with the p-card, volunteer sign in sheet, tablecloths, prizes etc.

-Send the code for the event in the leadership Groupme to use the Corq app during check in

-Send any confirmation emails and make last minute changes ideally the week before or week of

What do you need to send CRO if your event includes a special performer/vendor?

Send the contract you receive, which will include the tech rider, so CRO knows the technical needs the client is requesting.

How do you put in a poster request? How many additional posters must you print to put in the other buildings (academic, student center, residence halls etc) and what form would you fill out to do so?

Put in a poster request through theLink under forms and it is the SA/LD Graphic Design Project Request.

Order at least 2 posters per building. Max is two per residence hall so you would bring 18 to the Residence Life office in MCRH.

The form you fill out is the blue copy center form which will be located in the SA/LD office, you would hand it in to Charmagne!
