I was originally supposed to interview him last week- he seems to have no urgency to start the position which is weird? Would like to start Monday to get his “affairs in order” Other than that only 2 years of warehouse experience prior with Execgistics. Experience unloading, loading, picking, packing, sorting, scanning – more of a manual/ hands on labor guy. No forklift experience. Previous UPS experience but going about 10 years back. Other than that more of retail/ customer service/ food service background. Prep, sanitation, basic food production. Not a 5 mainly due a gap in recent employment, lack of relevant experience outside of most recent role. Looking mainly for 1st Shift warehouse/ labor positions within 30 minutes or so of Bellwood, and looking to start next week.
