Vestry and National Church Canons
Except as provided by the law of the State or of the Diocese, this person or these persons shall be agent(s) and legal representatives of the Parish in all matters concerning its corporate property and the relations of the Parish to its Clergy.
The Vestry
This person is the Ecclesiastical Authority in the absence of the Rector.
Senior Warden
This commission will work on an annual Safe Church Audit.
Safety and Security Commission
Votes at the vestry level must be this in order to pass.
Simple majority
Provides Concerts and may contribute to musical components of extra liturgical offerings (except Christmas and Easter)
Friends of Music and the Arts (FoMA)
This person presides at all meetings of the vestry unless delegated.
The Rector
Each what shall cooperate with the Rector or Vicar in promoting the spiritual welfare of the congregation and assist the Rector or Vicar in the duties defined in General Convention Canon III.9.6.
Vestry
These individuals sign all legal documents regarding our Property.
Trustees
May attend but not guaranteed voice at all meetings.
Anyone from parish.
Oversees our investments and makes recommendations for an annual draw.
Endowment Fund Board
This person is an agent and legal representative for relationships to Clergy

The Virginia Plan for Covenental Giving Requires this percentage to be paid to the Diocese annually.

This ministry of the church is not a separate entity and helps to form more than 50 children every year during the week.
The Preschool
Every meeting must begin with a Collect and prayers. We are required to say this prayer prior to each meeting.

Fellowship
All Commission reports, minutes, and materials are in the Google Drive by this day prior to a vestry meeting so that they may be reviewed in advance.
Friday before our Monday meeting.
