•If unable to get in contact with chiefs, Tiger Text Dr. Stabile to alert her of your call out, she will respond via text. If she doesn’t respond, call.
When might you be asked to cover a shift for a colleague which was unexpected
Unexpected absences from work for which absence of a resident physician would disrupt one of the following
1. Patient Care (inpatient service, Night Float, Office Hours)
2. Team Based Care - Additional team member is required to provide satisfactory and appropriate medical care
